- these shock-absorbing inserts are used in all areas of training, sport and of course in the leisure sector. Particularly suitable for horses that have deficits in the back muscles, uneven development of the muscles or a saddle that temporarily does not fit properly. An ultra-light and ultra-thin layer (5 mm) with high density, + a 12 mm. open-cell foam layer (breathable) that absorbs 90% of the energy of all impacts. It protects the horse's back muscles from any impact caused by the saddle and the rider. It minimises the energy given off by the horse, so that even the inexperienced rider can find a seat that is gentle and safe for both horse and rider if the horse is uncomfortable. Ergonomic Saddle Pad Underlays "DR
The Matrix saddle pad underlays (Schoolingliner) complement the technical features of the Matrix saddle pads and also act as a dirt barrier to keep the saddle pads clean. The underside of the Schoolingliner is made of a non-slip and low-friction fabric (ETCYg™), which holds the saddle and pad securely in place without restricting the horse's movement. A thin membrane of net fabric (mesh) becomes one with the pad lying on top. This combination prevents the pad from wrinkling and ensures high breathability. The combination of pad and underlay looks like a cross-stitched saddle pad. The strings of the Matrix saddle pads pass through special slots in the underlay (see picture below) to create a secure as well as optimised unit. This means that one saddle pad with different Matrix saddle pad underlays can be used for several horses (e.g. in schooling). Of course, these pads are also suitable for washing machines and dryers for this very reason.
