Returns processing
Since we do not belong to the "big ones", we unfortunately cannot afford to pay the return costs for every customer. We want to offer our customers stable prices in the long run. And this is only possible if we keep our costs as low as possible. We ask for your understanding. If, however, an article is damaged or you have received the wrong delivery, we will of course bear the costs for your return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. To do so, please use the withdrawal form on our website and follow the return process to ensure a smooth handling.

Please do NOT send any parcels back to us without the return receipt! This means considerable extra work for us. With immediate effect, we reserve the right to charge a flat-rate processing fee of EUR 6 for returns that reach us without receipts.
