Stiefel zu klein bestellt. Rücknahme erfolgte problemlos (Kunde muss Porto für Rücksendung selbst bezahlen, deshalb "nur" 4 Sterne) und Ersatzstiefel wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Boots passen perfekt und nach ein paarmal Tragen und einlaufen wird das Leder auch etwas weicher. Preis-Leistung finde ich in Ordnung.

Our feedback: Steht aber deutlich in den Rücknahmebedingungen, dass wir die Rücksendekosten nicht tragen!
