Returns processing 

Since we do not belong to the "big ones", we unfortunately cannot afford to pay the return costs for every customer. We want to offer our customers stable prices in the long run. And this is only possible if we keep our costs as low as possible. We ask for your understanding. If, however, an article is damaged or you have received the wrong delivery, we will of course bear the costs for your return. 
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. To do so, please use the withdrawal form on our website and follow the return process to ensure a smooth handling.

Return Form


Please do not return any goods to us without having declared the revocation before. Please be sure to include the form with the package so that we can assign your return!!!

Packing


Pack the item in a carton. Make sure to enclose the return note with the package. Otherwise your goods cannot be allocated and there will be delays in crediting or exchanging your products.

Frank your return sufficiently and address the return as follows:

Return shipment


Send the product(s) back to us as soon as possible after receipt of your revocation, but within 14 days at the latest. It does not matter which shipping service you choose.

Refund


After checking your return, you will be refunded the purchase price in the same way as we received your payment. If you wish to exchange the item, we will send you the exchange item you requested upon receipt of your return.
